Return and Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without providing any reason. This period includes weekends and public holidays.
To submit a return request:
- Log in to your customer account: https://amparopreston.com/account
- Go to the "Orders" section and select the order you wish to return.
- Click "Request a return" and follow the instructions.
Once your return request is accepted, you will receive further instructions on how to send the item back.
2. Order Cancellation You may cancel your order until it has been fulfilled. To cancel:
- Log in to your customer account: https://amparopreston.com/account
- Go to the "Orders" section and select the order.
- Click "Cancel order".
3. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition — unworn and unused,
- With all original tags attached,
- In its original packaging,
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at refunds@amparopreston.com.
5. Exceptions Items that are made to order or personalized cannot be returned. If you have questions, please contact us before purchasing.
6. Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
7. Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@amparopreston.com.
