Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@amparopreston.com within this 14-day period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as received: unworn or unused.

  • All original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@amparopreston.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
